01/ ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using voro.sh ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

02/ USAGE LICENSE

voro.sh is provided as a command-line interface tool for personal and commercial use. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with these terms.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Distribute, rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties

03/ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of voro.sh, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of voro.sh and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

04/ DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

voro.sh does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

05/ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL VORO.SH, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

06/ GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

07/ CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
